"I have dealt with various insurance agencies through the years. I switched to State Farm in early 2024. State Farm as a whole had the best reviews as a company who stands behind their insurance. You aren't just paying for premiums, you are actually getting the coverage you pay for. Those who know, you know!! Now, from past experiences, I have been a familiar face or name to some insurance companies I've been with down to a policy number only. I personally would rather be treated like a somebody than a number. From Kasper to Bautista, I have always been treated like a somebody, not just a somebody, but they remember who I am, whether in person or over phone. That is a feeling of being a part of a community. The people I've met are kind, professional, understanding, knowledgeable in insurance. They are not aggressively trying to sell you what you don't want or need, but they do help advise what might help in your needs. Bautista's State Farm is very professional but with a hometown warmth and friendliness. I call in my problems and they take all my stress and get the job done that day or within a few days. They keep on top of their jobs efficiently and accurately. I wish other businesses could follow Bautista State Farm's example. Good job to Christine, Diana, Andi, and Guadalupe! You deserve an award for the best agency!!"
